Land preparation is taking care of drainage
problems, grading issues, clearing land or any other excavation
that may be required. This also covers the seeding or sodding of
any portion of a property. Sod is the instant grass laid out by
rolls of specific types or pre-grown grass seed and seeding
gives a slower start but an equal finish of site specific grass
seed. It is always complimented with a Penn mulch which provides
a starter fertilizer. We also offer hydro-seeding for larger
projects. If there is trouble moving water off your property we
offer many solutions.
